Why this blog ?


I had the idea to create this blog to let people see where I have gone for my few times spent in Ireland in 2007, from May to August.

It is a way to remind of that period of my life as well.

You can go to the Aran islands by ferry, but it will cost you ¤25 for a return, and it's 4 hours to go!

So if you don't mind to spend ¤20 more by person, you can go by plane for ¤45 return, and it will be 10 minutes to go and go back, only !

This is the tickets I bought by telephone the day before to go, cuz it's a very small plane (8 passengers and the pilot).

The plane takes off from Inverin, Connemara. You have to get a little bus to go there, it will take 30 minutes from Galway City (outside Kinlay House) to Inverin Airport

The driver is lovely, and sometimes he forgets to ask you to pay....
